SHIPPING POLICY

Guardian ships next day for orders received before 12pm EST Monday – Friday.  If you order after 12pm, your order will be processed and shipped the following business day (M-F).  We ship via FedEx Ground or 2Day, which can take 3-5 business days or 2 business days respectively to arrive.

Examples:

  • A Friday order before 12pm EST will be processed on Friday and shipped out.  If you chose Ground it’ll be there at the earliest Wednesday; 2Day at the earliest Tuesday unless you get lucky!
  • A Friday order after 12pm EST will be processed on Monday and shipped out.  If you chose Ground it’ll be there at the earliest Thursday; 2Day at the earliest Wednesday unless you get lucky!

REFUND POLICY

For Guardian Caps/LOOPs: An unworn cap, with tags attached, may be returned for a full refund within sixty (60) days of purchase, minus the cost of original shipping fees (where applicable). An unworn cap, with tags attached, may be exchanged for another color (depending on availability) at any time. The customer will be responsible for all shipping fees. Refunds and exchanges will be given once the returned Guardian Caps/LOOP have been received at the Guardian office. If you ordered direct via a sales rep, start the process here.

For PEARL Lacrosse Balls: Unused balls* may be returned for a full refund within sixty (60) days of purchase, minus the cost of original shipping fees (where applicable). Unused balls may be exchanged for another color (depending on availability) at any time. Customer will be responsible for all shipping fees. Refunds and exchanges will be given once the returned PEARLs have been received at the Guardian office. How do I return?

What items are returnable? 

  • Within 60 days from the date of purchase
  • PEARLS: in unused and resellable condition
  • CAPS: in unused and resellable condition with all the tags intact

What items are non-refundable? 

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Discounted items (if applicable)
  • Personalized, custom or made to order PEARL balls
  • PPE

The item I received is damaged!

If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date.

Can the items be exchanged?

We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you.

What are the refund options?

The following refund options are supported:

  • Refund to the original payment method
  • Refund to store credit (if applicable)

How do I ship back the items?

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 – 7 working days after approval.

Limited Warranties

Guardian Caps Warranty

We offer a 6-month Limited Warranty on the Guardian Cap to ensure customer satisfaction and product reliability. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the Guardian Cap and is non-transferable. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for six (6) months from the original purchase date. Caps should be inspected before play.

What Is Covered:

  • Defects in materials or workmanship affecting performance or usability.
  • Malfunction or failure, including to snaps & straps, due to normal, intended use.

What Is Not Covered:

  • Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or neglect.
  • Damage caused by improper installation or unauthorized modifications.
  • Cosmetic wear and tear, including scratches, dents, or aesthetic changes.
  • Damage from accidents, improper storage, or exposure to extreme conditions.
  • Products purchased from unauthorized retailers or sellers.

Warranty Claim Process:

To file a warranty claim contact Guardian Sports Customer Support with your proof of purchase, description of the issue, and photos (if applicable). Guardian will evaluate the claim and, if approved, repair or replace the Guardian Cap at no charge within six (6) months from the date of purchase. Replacement/repaired Guardian Caps do not extend terms on the original 6-month warranty. The warranty ends six (6) months from the date of purchase of the original Guardian Cap.

*Guardian Caps that are compressed, torn, or broken should not be assumed to have the same reduction in impact as a new Guardian Cap.*

Guardian LOOP Warranty

We offer a 3-month Limited Warranty on the Guardian LOOP to ensure customer satisfaction and product reliability. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the LOOP and is non-transferable.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for three (3) months from the original purchase date.

What Is Covered:

  • Defects in materials or workmanship affecting performance or usability.
  • Malfunction or failure due to normal, intended use.

What Is Not Covered:

  • Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or neglect.
  • Damage caused by improper installation or unauthorized modifications.
  • Cosmetic wear and tear, including scratches, dents, or aesthetic changes.
  • Damage from accidents, improper storage, or exposure to extreme conditions.
  • Products purchased from unauthorized retailers or sellers.

We offer a thirty (30) day Limited Warranty on Guardian PEARL lacrosse balls to ensure customer satisfaction and product reliability. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the PEARL balls and is non-transferable.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 30 days from the original purchase date.

What Is Covered:

  • Defects in materials or workmanship affecting performance or usability.
  • Malfunction or failure due to normal, intended use.

What Is Not Covered:

  • Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or neglect.
  • Cosmetic wear and tear, including scratches, discoloration or dings due to game or practice play.
  • Damage from accidents, improper storage, or exposure to extreme conditions.
  • Products purchased from unauthorized retailers or sellers.

Warranty Claim Process:

To file a warranty claim contact Guardian Sports Customer Support with your proof of purchase, description of the issue, and photos (if applicable).

Guardian Sports will evaluate the claim and, if approved, replace the PEARL balls at no charge within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. Replacement PEARLs do not extend terms on the original 30 day warranty. The warranty ends thirty (30)  days from the date of purchase of the original PEARLs.
