We are currently looking for an hourly, full-time Warehouse Associate.  

What you’ll do. 

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the warehouse operations by receiving, storing, and distributing materials, tools, equipment, and products. This role is crucial to ensuring the accurate and timely shipment of goods, inventory management, and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment.  

Responsibilities: 

  • Receiving and Inspection: Unload, inspect, and receive incoming shipments. Verify products against packing lists, ensuring accuracy in terms of quantities and product quality.  
  • Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping according to customer specifications. Ensure that orders are accurately filled and meet quality standards.  
  • Inventory Control: Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with inventory audits. Update records and notify management of low-stock items.  
  • Shipping and Handling: Prepare shipping labels, documents, and arrange for carrier drop offs and pick-ups. Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.  
  • Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks (certification may be required).  
  • Warehouse Organization: Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse. Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.  
  • General Warehouse Duties: Assist with packing, sorting, labeling, and other general tasks as needed.  

Who you are: 

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED).  
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus but not required.  
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and stand/walk for long periods.  
  • Basic math and computer skills for inventory tracking.  
  • Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain one).  
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.  
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.  
  • Fluent in English. 
  • A self-starter who takes initiative.
