At Guardian Sports, we manufacture sports equipment that is trusted by teams in the most elite football & lacrosse leagues across the country – the NFL, NCAA, CFL, & USA Lacrosse to name a few. We are currently looking for hourly, part-time Warehouse Associates.  

What you’ll do. 

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associates to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for supporting warehouse operations by picking and packing orders, kitting retail shipments, and efficiently loading and unloading trucks. 

Responsibilities: 

• Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping according to customer specifications. Ensure that orders are accurately filled and meet quality standards.  

• Shipping and Handling: Prepare shipping labels, documents, and arrange for carrier drop-offs and pick-ups. Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.  

• Warehouse Organization: Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse. Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.  

• General Warehouse Duties: Assist with packing, sorting, labeling, and other general tasks as needed.  

Who you are: 

• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and stand/walk for long periods.  

• Basic math and computer skills for inventory tracking.  

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.  

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.  

• A self-starter who takes initiative.

• Schedule: Flexible 3-4 hour long shifts M-F, 9 AM – 4 PM ET
