What you’ll do.
As part of the Sales team, you will play a key role in supporting our sales team’s efficiency and success, gaining hands-on experience in sales processes, data analysis, and operational management. This internship offers an exciting opportunity for you to gain practical sales experience, develop valuable skills, and contribute to a safer and more enjoyable sports experience for young athletes.
Responsibilities.
- Assist in the maintenance and optimization of the company’s CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates
- Support the sales team by generating and distributing sales performance reports and dashboards
- Help manage and streamline sales processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement and automation
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on sales strategies, campaigns, and lead generation efforts
- Assist with sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance tracking
- Conduct data analysis to support business decisions and identify sales trends
- Aid in the development and implementation of sales training materials and resources
- Participate in cross-functional projects that enhance the sales team’s productivity and effectiveness
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program (rising junior or senior preferred)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and meet daily/weekly activity goals
- Comfortable with high-volume outreach and phone-based communication
- Interest in sports, particularly football, and passion for athlete safety
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and ability to learn CRM software (HubSpot experience a plus)
- Organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Previous sales, customer service, or outreach experience is a plus but not required
