We are a rapidly growing yet nimble company who constantly seek to innovate, and we’re looking for an Infill Sales Manager / Account Executive to help expand our presence in the synthetic turf market.

What you’ll do.

We’re seeking a high-energy, self-motivated Infill Sales Manager / Account Executive to lead the charge in expanding our footprint in the synthetic turf industry. This role is focused on driving sales of our Guardian Infill and Shock Pad systems to field builders, turf manufacturers, architects, schools, athletic directors, municipalities, and sports organizations.

The ideal candidate will bring experience in the turf or sports construction market, strong relationship-building skills, and a hunter mentality to identify new opportunities, close deals, maintain current customers, and build lasting partnerships.

Responsibilities.

1. Prospecting and Client Acquisition:

· Own and grow sales of Guardian Infill and Shock Pad systems across the U.S.

· Build and manage a pipeline of prospects including turf companies, field builders, sports complexes, schools, and municipalities.

2. Customer Relationship Management:

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, from field designers and architects to athletic directors and purchasing agents.

· Identify bid opportunities and work with internal stakeholders to develop proposals, quotes, and specifications.

· Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing timely and effective solutions.

3. Trade Show / Field Sales:

· Represent Guardian Sports at industry trade shows and conferences (e.g., SFMA, ASBA, NIRSA).

· Collaborate with marketing to create tailored materials, case studies, and content for the turf market.

· Engage with potential clients, showcase products and services, and gather market intelligence.

· Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure effective event presence, including booth setup, promotional materials, and post-event follow-up.

4. Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:

· Conduct product presentations, lunch-and-learns, and on-site field visits.

· Conduct product demonstrations to highlight key features and benefits, addressing client needs effectively.

5. Sales Pipeline Management:

· Maintain a well-organized and updated sales pipeline, tracking leads, opportunities, and client interactions.

· Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools to document and manage customer interactions, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.

· Consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales targets.

Who you are:

  • BA/BS degree, preferably with a focus on business, marketing, or sports management.
  • 3-7 years of B2B sales experience; experience in turf, sports construction, or related industry strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of managing a sales pipeline and closing deals.
  • Comfortable with travel to meet clients and attend events.
  • Self-starter with strong organization and CRM discipline.
  • Passion for sports and a genuine interest in athlete safety.

Expectations

· Schedule: Onsite M-F, 9:00-5:00 PM ET; if not local, hybrid or remote can be discussed

· Location: Peachtree Corners, GA

· Travel: 20%
