We are a rapidly growing yet nimble company who constantly seeks to innovate, and we’re looking for an Account Executive / Regional Manager to help expand our presence in the football, flag football, lacrosse, & hockey space.
What you’ll do.
As an Regional Manager focused on youth, high school, college, and professional football in the Pacific Northwest markets, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence among professional, college, high school, and youth organizations. You will be placed in the business development organization, profiling and prospecting for new customers, and executing account-based marketing and sales activities. Working in collaboration with the National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining current customers, and contributing to the overall pipeline.

Compensation
- Base Salary: $60,000 – $80,000 (depending on experience)
- Commission: Uncapped commission structure
Responsibilities.
- Prospecting and Client Acquisition:
- Identify and target potential clients within the football, flag football, lacrosse, & hockey industry to expand the client base.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.
- Develop and implement effective prospecting strategies to generate leads and initiate contact with potential clients.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Regularly follow up with clients to understand their evolving needs and provide solutions to meet those requirements.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing timely and effective solutions.
- Trade Show Participation:
- Attend relevant trade shows, conferences, and industry events to represent Guardian Sports.
- Engage with potential clients, showcase products and services, and gather market intelligence.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure effective event presence, including booth setup, promotional materials, and post-event follow-up.
- Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase Guardian Sports’ products and services.
- Conduct product demonstrations to highlight key features and benefits, addressing client needs effectively.
- Customize presentations to align with the unique requirements of each prospect or client.
- Sales Pipeline Management:
- Maintain a well-organized and updated sales pipeline, tracking leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
- Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools to document and manage customer interactions, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.

WA, OR, ID, MT ,WY
Who you are:
- Reside in the Seattle or Portland areas
- BA/BS degree, preferably with a focus on business, marketing, or sports management.
- 2+ years of experience in sales in either the sporting goods industry or a related field.
- Passion for sports and a genuine interest in athlete safety.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Expectations
- Schedule: Remote M-F, 9:00-5:00 PM PT
- Location: Seattle/Portland areas
- Travel: 20%
