We are a rapidly growing yet nimble company who constantly seeks to innovate, and we’re looking for a Marketing Intern to help reach more athletes.

What you’ll do.

As part of the Marketing team, you will play a key role in supporting our team’s efficiency and success, gaining hands-on experience in creative processes, data analysis, and brand management. This internship offers an exciting opportunity for you to gain practical experience in all aspects of the marketing department.

Responsibilities.

  1. Collaborate with the editorial and marketing teams to plan and execute campaigns, including email, social, live events, contests, and other initiatives.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with influencers, sports personalities, and partner organizations for collaborations and promotional activities.
  3. Support the creative team by helping develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring all content aligns with the brand’s voice and identity across channels.
  4. Create, curate, and schedule engaging and shareable content that aligns with our editorial goals and resonates with our target audience.
  5. Conduct research on potential partnerships, competitors, and trends to help the team identify valuable partnership opportunities that align with brand goals.
  6. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across social media platforms while upholding the company’s brand image and values.
  7. Stay up to date with industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging platforms to keep Guardian Sports at the forefront of digital media.
  8. Work with the marketing team to execute multi-channel campaigns, coordinating timelines, managing assets, and tracking campaign performance.

Qualifications:

  • Enrolled in a college or university program, preferably with a focus on business, marketing, or sports management.
  • Passion for sports and a genuine interest in athlete safety.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
