Guardian Infill Now Installed at Fresno State

Fresno State has officially upgraded its turf with Guardian’s biobased TPE infill, joining a growing list of Division I programs prioritizing safety and sustainability.
The Bulldogs’ field now features Guardian Infill—a plant-based solution made from 49% corn and soy. This infill reduces surface temperatures, enhances on-field performance, and meets the rigorous standards of USDA-certified biobased products.

Guardian Infill helps athletes play safer and more confidently. Its softer composition reduces impact stress and creates a more natural feel underfoot. Unlike traditional rubber infill, it minimizes heat buildup and avoids the use of petroleum-based materials.
By choosing Guardian, Fresno State reinforces its commitment to student-athlete wellbeing and environmental stewardship—without sacrificing field performance.

Built for Performance. Designed for the Future.
Guardian’s complete system includes both biobased infill and an advanced shock pad. Together, they deliver consistent energy return, improved traction, and impact absorption on every play. The result is a high-performance surface that meets modern standards for both safety and sustainability.
Programs across the country are making the switch. Fresno State is the latest to lead by example.

Whether you’re building a new field or upgrading an existing surface, we make it easy to outfit your turf with materials that perform better—and last longer.
