The Guardian Cap XT design has smaller padded areas, with a velcro, elastic strap which attaches the Cap to the helmet.

The Guardian Cap XT 2.0 design has bigger padded areas for customization and added padding to the back of the Cap where it attaches the Cap to the helmet.
