Who we are.
Guardian Sports is a family-owned sports safety equipment company that has rapidly scaled through intentional partnerships with the most elite leagues in sports. Our products, including Guardian Cap, PEARL lacrosse balls, LOOP headgear, Guardian chinstraps, and bio-based turf Infill, are trusted by professional and collegiate teams across the NFL, NCAA, CFL, and Premier Lacrosse League.
We protect over 750,000 athletes annually by combining 20+ years of material science expertise with a relentless commitment to innovation. As a rapidly scaling organization, we maintain the agility of a family business while competing at the highest levels of professional sports.
We're looking for a Finance Intern who wants to contribute to our mission of making sports safer while learning how finance supports a fast-growing sports brand. You'll gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment where your work directly supports the decisions that keep our business growing.
What you'll do.
As part of the Finance team, you'll work directly with our Head of Finance and Lead Accountant to get a full view of how finance operates at a growing company, from day-to-day accounting and reporting to budgeting, forecasting, and strategic projects. You'll support the team across a range of priorities and build real experience with the tools and processes behind our financial decisions. Along the way, you'll own a summer project from start to finish and present your results to leadership.
At Guardian Sports, you will join our mission to improve athlete performance and safety through equipment innovation.
