Tailor your approach to different audiences, from youth coaches and parents to professional team decision-makers.
  • Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments. Analyze data and insights to identify new business opportunities and areas for market expansion.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. Provide valuable insights from the field to contribute to product improvement and development.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to diverse audiences.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

Who We Are.

  • Undauntedly Positive.
    • This work is challenging.
    • We are all learning & growing together.
    • Forge into the unknown, and carve a path for the rest of the team to follow.
  • Radically Candid.
    • We are flexible and dynamic – unencumbered by bureaucracy.
    • We do not have lengthy written policies, and we don’t want to. We are all highly talented individuals; your job is to “Act in the best interests of Guardian”. If you’re off track with that, or not performing to the expected level, expect to be coached.
    • Coaching is something we do, and something you should expect & practice, every single day. It goes both directions.
    • Candor makes everyone better.
  • Obsessed With Learning.
    • We despise who we were yesterday because we want to be so much better today.
    • Stagnation feels like death.
    • Failure is accepted — even celebrated — but it must be learned from and iterated upon.
    • We do not punish failure — only a lack of willingness to try.

A Talent-Dense Team.

You deserve great teammates. Winning is fun. But only teams with great players win.

Performance is all that matters. A high performer is many times more effective than average. We hire, pay, promote & retain based on output — not tenure, title, or loyalty.

We use the “Keeper Test”. If we wouldn’t fight to keep you because you said you were leaving, we will part ways quickly. It’s fairer to everyone, and the bar stays where it needs to be.

Brilliance isn’t enough. There’s no place on the Team for people who don’t treat colleagues with

decency. Talent plus respect is what makes everyone better.

  • Be a problem solver. Make a first pass at the problem.  Come with solutions, not just problems.
  • Be growth-minded. Your job description will evolve — so should you.  A job is something that you are the best person for, for a period of time. Earn your job every day.

  • Be ambitious. Aim big and take us to new places.
