What Is Hustle Up?
The 7 on 7 Regional Tournament is a one-day event at the Hoover Met Complex where the best high school teams in Alabama compete for the Hustle Up title. On day one, 32 top regional teams battle it out for two seats in the National Tournament that will take place on day two and three. After two regional teams punch their ticket into the national tournament, they will go up against 30 of the most elite and powerful teams in the country to battle it out for the 2023 Hustle Up title.
