We are a rapidly growing yet nimble company who constantly seeks to innovate, and we are currently looking for a Procurement & Logistics Associate to help build supplier relationships and control our inventory levels.

What you’ll do. 

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant. This role will provide comprehensive support to our executive team while also managing office operations, supporting various HR functions, and coordinating various administrative tasks and activities to ensure the smooth functioning of our workplace.

At Guardian Sports, you will join our mission to improve athlete performance and safety through equipment innovation.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage office operations, including procurement of supplies, equipment maintenance, and facilities management.
  • Interface directly with incoming calls and visitors.
  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including scheduling & conducting first round interviews, preparing documentation, and coordinating onboarding for new hires.
  • Coordinate employee training and development initiatives, including tracking training completion and providing logistical support for training sessions.
  • Plan and execute company offsites, team-building activities, and special events to foster a positive and inclusive company culture.
  • Assist and liaise with a third-party IT support vendor in solving employee IT issues.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for the executive team & new hires, including itineraries, transportation, and accommodations.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
  • Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by the executive team.

Who you are. 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in HR administration, office management, or event coordination.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Team player mentality that thinks about the bigger picture.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-service mindset.
  • Proactive problem solver with a positive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
